Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days after processing
- International: 7–12 business days after processing
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, severe weather, or peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we ship to, with no minimum spend.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure what may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information can take 2–5 days to show updates after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after this time, please contact us.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
